We Are The Reason

讚美之泉 Stream of Praise- 寶貴十架 Precious Cross

What did Jesus do for you?

>> Isaiah 53 on YouTube <<

All Santa can offer is HO HO HO ...

All Santa can offer is HO HO HO ...
JESUS offers WHOLE, WHOLE and WHOLE - Spirit, Soul and Body.

Santa rides in a sleigh
JESUS rides on the clouds and walks on the water.

Santa comes but once a year
JESUS is an ever present help.

Santa fills your stockings with goodies
JESUS supplies all your needs.

Santa comes down your chimney uninvited
JESUS stands at your door and knocks, and then enters your heart when invited.

You have to stand in line to see Santa
JESUS is as close as the mention of His name.

Santa lets you sit on his lap
JESUS lets you rest in His arms.

Santa doesn't know your name, all he can say is "Hi little boy (or girl,) what's your name?" ...
JESUS knew our name before we did. Not only does He know our name, He knows our address too. He knows our history and future and He even knows how many hairs are on our heads.

Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly
JESUS has a heart full of love.

Santa says "You better not cry"
JESUS says "Cast all your cares on me for I care for you"

Santa's little helpers make toys ...
JESUS makes new life, mends wounded hearts, repairs broken homes and builds mansions.

Santa is a "jolly old elf"
JESUS is the King of Kings

Santa may make you chuckle but
JESUS gives you joy that is your strength.

While Santa puts gifts under your tree
JESUS became our gift and died on the tree.

It's obvious there is really no comparison.
We need to remember WHO Christmas is all about.
We need to put Christ back in Christmas.

Jesus is still the reason for the season!

God Will Make A Way - Don Moen

God will make a way
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength for each new day
He will make a way He will make a way

By a roadway in the wilderness
He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and earth will fade
But His word will still remain
He will do something new today.

Speaking Words of Grace

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
- Colossians 4:2-6

I See Grace

Lyrics Composer : Karen Lim, New Creation Church

Jesus my help
I call on Your name
I cast my cares on You
Jesus my hope
my tower of strength
my faith is found in You

[Bridge]
I see You pierced
wounded for me
when I look to the cross I see

[chorus]
I see grace
sealed by Your sacrifice
I see love
reaching for me
Precious blood,
washes and sanctifies
Healing flows
setting me free
I see grace

Bearer of sin
Afflicted and tried
You paid Redemption's price
Bearing my curse
You set me on high
Your death has brought me life

Israel and the Church - What's the Relationship?

When studying the Jewish roots of Christianity, certain questions often arise regarding the nature of the “Church,” the nature of “Israel,” and the relationship between them. Do Gentile Christians become “Jewish” on account of their relationship to Jesus? Does the “Church” somehow replace the Jewish people in God’s plan as the “new Israel”? Exactly how should we understand the relationship between the Church and Israel today?

Sacrifice by Bob Fitts

Sacrifice by Bob Fitts

Oh this must be the hardest hill I've ever climbed
For I must sacrifice you, promised son of mine
And so I go to worship with you by my side
And trust the sacrifice, He will provide

And though I cherish you
I must now offer you
To Him who is the giver of all good things
And though I cherish you
I will now offer you
For surely He could raise you up again

Here on this altar Father I lay all my dreams
And offer back to you this child You've given me
O son you must believe He's called us to obey
And by His love He'll make a better way

And though I cherish you
I must now offer you
To Him who is the giver of all good things
And though I cherish you
I will now offer you
For surely He will raise you up again

O Abraham! Oh Abraham!
Now that I know you fear My name
Withhold your hand
O Abraham! O faithful man!
Your only son, he's not the one
Behold the ram
Behold the Lamb!

It must've been the hardest thing He'd ever done
When God the Father sacrificed His only Son
Though One He most cherished gave His life away
And by His love He made a better way

And so I cherish You
And so I honor You
For truly You are the giver of all good things
And so I cherish You
And so I honor You
Your sacrifice is now the King of Kings

Jehovah Jireh
He has provided
The sacrifice of love no man could ever pay
And what He requires of you and me
Even the hardest things
Your blood of Christ
Your sacrifice gives me strength to obey

Gloom and doom, prophecy and hope

A new report issued by the German-based Energy Watch Group suggests all the global warming alarmists can stop worrying about the damage being done to the climate by fossil fuel emissions.

Global warming alarmists predict that 50 years from now, fossil fuel emissions produced by human civilization will have catastrophic consequences on the weather. Well, according to the German group, in 50 years, we'll have run out of fossil fuels anyway. It says that global oil production peaked in 2006 – much earlier than most experts had expected. The report predicts that production will now fall by 7 percent a year and that by 2050, there won't be enough left for it to be a factor.

DICTIONARY OF THE GOSPEL

Grace vs Law

There has always been a debate over the issue of whether a person is saved once and forever the moment he accepts Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. The irony is that nobody disputes the fact that no one can be saved by means of his or her own righteous deeds no matter how great. Every Christian believes that one is saved only by grace through faith. However, there are Christians who believe that if you sin as a Christian, you lose fellowship with God. Is this true?

Righteousness Conscious

Father, I confess anew Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior today. Lord, You are the head of my life. I completely yield myself to You. My will is now Your will. My plans are now Your plans.

As a new creation in Christ Jesus, I accept the gift of righteousness and all that gift includes: health, prosperity, peace, joy and life abundant. I put aside every weight and the sin that so easily besets me. I now look unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of my faith.

According to Your Word, I can now reign in this life as a king. The power of sin and death in my life has been overcome. No longer am I ruled by the forces of evil but by the God above all gods. I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me.

I determine today to walk conscious of my right-standing with You, Lord, and with every step to draw closer and closer to You. Thank You for the gift of righteousness. Because of that gift, I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me.

In Jesus' Name. Amen!

God has already released blessings...

... into your future!!

When God laid out the plan for your life, He lined up the right time, right people and right place. In your future, He's already released favor, supernatural opportunities and divine connections. The blessings you need in life have already been preordained to come across your path. If you will stay in grace and faith, you'll walk into these appointments of favor. It will be just as if you stumbled into God's blessings! When you really understand this truth, you'll begin to get excited about every single day! You'll have a spring in your step as you think about what blessing is coming next! It could be today. It could be tomorrow. It could be next week. Keep expecting. Keep believing. Stay focused on the truth that God has already released into your future everything you need to fulfill your destiny. Start confessing seasons of increase over your life. Declare that the undeserved favor is on you and opportunities are coming. As you do, you'll move forward into the favor and blessing God has commanded for you! Be blessed to be a blessing! Amen?

Most Important Question & Answer!!

Question: "If you doubt your salvation, does that mean you are not eternally saved?"

Answer: Everyone has occasional doubts. Whether or not you have doubts is not what determines whether you are a Christian. Even when a believer is faithless, God is faithful (2 Timothy 2:13). God desires us to be sure and confident of our salvation (Romans 8:38-39; 1 John 5:13). God does promise that everyone who believes in Jesus Christ will be saved (John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10). We have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). As a result, we deserve death and an eternity apart from God (Romans 6:23). But God loved us enough to die in our place, taking the punishment that we deserved (Romans 5:8). As a result, all those who believe are saved and eternally secure.

Sometimes doubting is a good thing. Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 13:5 “examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith.” We are to test ourselves to be sure that Jesus is truly our Savior and the Holy Spirit is truly in us. If He is, we can NEVER lose the salvation Christ has obtained for us (Romans 8:38-39). If He's not, then perhaps the Holy Spirit is convicting us of SIN and prompting us to repent and be reconciled to God through Christ. The assurance of our salvation comes from the knowledge that once we are in Christ, we are eternally secure.

Have you placed your faith in Christ? If the answer is yes, then cast away your doubts and trust God. If you know Jesus as your Savior, you are saved without a doubt! If the answer is no, then believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved!

Daily Confessions from God’s Word

I am a member of the Body of Christ and Satan has no power over me. I overcome evil with good. (Luke 10:19, 1 Cor. 12:27, Romans 12:21)

I am of God and have overcome Satan by the blood of Jesus and the word of my testimony. Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world. (Rev. 12:11, 1 John 4:4)

I will fear no evil for the Lord is with me, His Word and His Holy Spirit comfort me. (Psalms 23:4)

Oppression, fear, and terror will not come near me or my family. (Isaiah 54:14)

God has promised as a part of my heritage that no weapon formed against me will prosper. (Isaiah 54:17)

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:22)

I am delivered from the evils of this present world for it is the will of God. (Galatians 1:4)

No evil will befall me neither will any plague come near my dwelling. The Lord has given His angels charge over me and they will keep me in all my ways. In my pathway is life and there is no death. (Psalms 91:10-11, Proverbs 12:28)

I will live and not die to declare the works of the Lord. (Psalms 118:17)

Because I am a doer of God's Word, I am blessed in my deeds. (James 1:22, 25)

I take the shield of faith and I quench every fiery dart that Satan and his demons bring against me. (Ephesians 6:16)

The Lord Jesus Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Therefore, I forbid any sickness or disease from coming upon this body. Every disease germ and virus that touches this body dies instantly in the Name of Jesus! Every organ, tissue, and cell of this body functions in the perfection to which God created it to function, and I forbid any malfunction in this body, in the Name of Jesus! (Galatians 3:13, Romans 8:11, Genesis 1:31, Matthew 16:19)

Because I am submitted to God and I resist the devil, he must flee from me.
(James 4:7)

Great is the peace of my children for they are taught of the Lord. (Isaiah 54:13, Deut. 6:7)

Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Christ has redeemed me from poverty. Christ has redeemed me from sickness and disease. Christ has redeemed me from spiritual death. (Galatians 3:13, Deut. 28)

For poverty He has given me wealth, for sickness and disease He has given me perfect health and wholeness, for death He has given me eternal life. (2 Cor. 8:9, Isaiah 53:5-6, John 10:10, John 5:24)

Because I delight myself in the Lord, He gives me the desires of my heart. (Psalms 37:4)

Because I am a cheerful giver to the Lord's work, the Word says I will receive it back in good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. (2 Cor. 9:7,Luke 6:38)

With what measure I give it is measured unto me. I sow bountifully, therefore I reap bountifully. I give cheerfully, and my God has made all grace abound toward me and I have all sufficiency of all things. (2 Cor. 9:6-8)

I do not lack, for my God supplies all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I do not want. Jesus was made poor, that I through His poverty might have abundance. He came that I might have life and have it more abundantly. (Psalms 23:1, 2 Cor. 8:9, John 10:10)

I have received the gift of righteousness and I reign as a king in life by Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:17)

The Lord has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant. The blessing of Abraham is mine through Jesus Christ. (Psalms 35:27, Galatians 3:14)

The Spirit of Truth abides in me and teaches me all things, and He guides me into all Truth. Therefore, I confess I have perfect knowledge of every situation and every circumstance that I come up against. I have the mind of Christ. (John 16:13, 1 Cor. 2:16)

Because I ask the Lord for wisdom He gives it to me liberally. (James 1:5)

I trust in the Lord with all my heart and I do not lean to my own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5)

In all of my ways I do acknowledge Him and He directs my paths. (Proverbs 3:6)

The Lord will perfect that which concerns me. (Psalms 138:8)

I let the Word of Christ dwell in me richly in all wisdom. (Colossians 3:16)

I do follow the Good Shepherd and I know His voice. I will not listen to the voice of a stranger. (John 10:4-5)

Jesus is made unto me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. Therefore I confess I have the wisdom of God, and I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. (1 Cor. 1:30, 2 Cor. 5:21)

I am filled with the knowledge of the Lord's will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. (Colossians 1:9)

I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. My old nature is taken away, behold all things have become new! (2 Cor. 5:17)

I have put off the old man and have put on the new man, which is renewed in the knowledge after the image of Him that created me. (Colossians 3:10)

I received the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of my understanding are being enlightened. (Ephesians 1:17-18)

I am not conformed to this world but am transformed by the renewing of my mind. My mind is renewed by the Word of God. (Romans 12:2)

I am fruitful in every good work and I am increasing in the knowledge of God. I am strengthened with all might according to His glorious power. (Colossians 1:10-11)

I am delivered from the power (authority) of darkness and I have been translated into the kingdom of God's Dear Son. Therefore, sin, Satan, demons, sickness, disease, bondages, strongholds, and poverty has no authority over me! (Colossians 1:13)

I am born of God and I have world overcoming faith residing on the inside of me. Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world. (1 John 5:4-5, 1 John 4:4)

I can do all things through Christ, which strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)

The joy of the Lord is my strength. The Lord is the strength of my life. (Nehemiah 8:10, Psalms 27:1)

Because I petition the Lord by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, the peace of God which passes all understanding keeps my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Things which are good, pure, perfect, lovely, and of good report, I do and will think on these things. (Philippians 4:6-8)

I let no corrupt communication proceed out of my mouth, but that which is good to edifying, that it may minister grace to the hearer. I will not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, whereby I am sealed unto the day of redemption. (Ephesians 4:29)

I speak the Truth of God's Word in love and I grow up into the Lord Jesus Christ in all things. (Ephesians 4:15)

No man will take me out of God's hand for I have eternal life. (John 10:29)

I let the peace of God rule in my heart and I refuse to worry about anything. (Colossians 3:15)

I will not let the Word of God depart from before my eyes. The Word is life to me and It is health and healing to all of my flesh. (Proverbs 4:21-22)

God is for me! God is in me now, who can be against me? He has given to me all things that pertain unto life and godliness. Therefore, I am a partaker of His divine nature. (2 Cor. 6:16, John 10:10, 2 Peter 1:3-4, Romans 8:31)

I am a believer and these signs do and will follow me. In the Name of Jesus I cast out demons, I speak with new tongues, I lay hands on the sick and they do and will recover. (Mark 16:17-18)

Jesus gave me the authority to use His Name. That which I bind on earth is bound in Heaven. That which I loose on earth is loosed in Heaven. Therefore, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ I bind the principalities, the powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world. I bind and cast down spiritual wickedness in high places and render them harmless and ineffective against me and my family in the Name of Jesus! (Matthew 16:19, John 16:23-24, Ephesians 6:12)

I am complete in Christ who is the Head of all principality and power. I am God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works which God has before ordained that I should walk therein. (Colossians 2:10, Ephesians 2:10)

Grace: The Power Of The Gospel (By Andrew Wommack)

Many people around the world who embrace “Christianity” have never heard the true Gospel. They believe Christianity is nothing but a different set of rules, substituting Christian “dos and don’ts” for those of other religions. They continue to believe they must earn their way to God and then do their best to deserve the benefits of salvation. That’s not the true Gospel.

New Seasons of Increase

It's easy to get stuck in a rut in life-to stop expecting things to improve, to quit growing or pressing forward. That's when negative thoughts come that say you've reached your limits, or you're never going to accomplish your goals. But you don't have to accept those lies. Our God is a God of increase. He never wants us to go backwards, only forward. Sure, there are seasons when you may not see a lot of growth. There are seasons when you have to dig your heels in and fight the good fight of faith. Stand and believe that no matter what's come against you, no matter how unfair something was, things are shifting in your favor. Every setback is simply a setup for a comeback! God not only wants to bring you out, He wants to bring you out better off than you were before. Begin to declare this over your life today. Declare that you are walking into new seasons of increase, new seasons in your health, new seasons in your finances, new seasons in your relationships. This is your set time for favor. You may have been rejected in the past, but you're going to be accepted in the future. You may have been pushed down in days gone by, but in this season, you're going to be lifted up. God is going to make your enemies your footstools. Thank Him that your set time for favor is here. Thank Him that your hour of deliverance has come. As you do, you'll rise out of mediocrity. You'll defeat every enemy, overcome every obstacle, and you'll live that life of victory God has in store!

Awesome video clip from YouTube

How Amazing IS Grace?

While Paul and Barnabas returned from their first missionary journey, they found the church at Jerusalem was being divided. Certain believers were saying that new converts had to follow the laws of Moses as well as believing in Christ. This question still rings today: Is faith in Jesus Christ enough for salvation, or does God require something more in addition? Find out here!

A council of the early church discussed the difference between Jewish and Gentile believers in Jesus Christ. It decreed that the Word teaches Gentiles aren't under the law, but they shouldn't use their freedom to cause others to stumble. The grace of God should cause His followers to be gracious.
