Leshana Tova Tekatev V'etachetem

Today, Jewish people all over the world are celebrating Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Occurring usually in the month of September, this feast is celebrated with the blowing of trumpets — the shofar or ram’s horn. That’s why it is also called the Feast of Trumpets.
