Wow! God is raining blessings on me

Daddy God, thank You for raining Your blessings on me and blessing the work of my hands. I confess that I will be blessed with more than enough, so that after my needs and my family’s needs are met, I can be a channel of blessing to others too! Amen! :)

Live Long And Strong

Old age should not be a time to dread. I can look to God and receive strength, health, and provision for a full and enjoyable life.

God is faithful. He will always be my wonderful Father, my great Provider, Helper, and Healer -- no matter how old I am,or what I face.

Jesus redeemed me from the curse, so I will live a long and enjoyable life to the glory of God. AMEN!

Ephesians 4:31-32 NLT says...

"Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of malicious behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you."

Apostle’s Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth:

And in Jesus Christ His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by
the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius
Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hades;
the third day, He rose again from the dead; He ascended into
heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church, the
communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of
the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

Genesis 26:19-22

When Isaac's servants dug in the valley and discovered a well with fresh flowing water there, the herdsmen of Gerar quarreled with Isaac's herdsmen, saying, “The water belongs to us!” So Isaac named the well Esek because they argued with him about it. His servants dug another well, but they quarreled over it too, so Isaac named it Sitnah. Then he moved away from there and dug another well. They did not quarrel over it, so Isaac named it Rehoboth, saying, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we will prosper in the land.”

Only By Grace

Only by grace can we enter
Only by grace can we stand
Not by our human endeavour
But by the blood of the Lamb

Into Your presence You call us
You call us to come
Into Your presence You draw us
And now by Your grace we come
Now by Your grace we come

Lord, if You marked our transgressions
Who would stand
Thanks to Your grace we are clensed
by the blood of the Lamb

Thanks to Your grace we are clensed

One Sentence Sermons...

Be Fishers of Men.... You catch 'em, He'll clean 'em.

A family altar can alter a family.

A lot of kneeling will keep you in good standing.

Don't put a question mark where God put a period.

Don't wait for six strong men to take you to church.

Exercise daily. Walk with the Lord!

Forbidden fruits create many jams.

Give God what's right, not what's left!

Give Satan an inch and he'll be a ruler.

God doesn't call the qualified; He qualifies the called.

God grades on the cross, not the curve.

God loves everyone, but probably prefers "fruits of the spirit" over "religious nuts."

God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage.

Having truth decay? Brush up on your Bible!

He who angers you, controls you!

He who is good at making excuses is seldom good for anything else.

He who kneels before God can stand before anyone!

Kindness is difficult to give away because it keeps coming back.

Most people want to serve God, but only in an advisory capacity.

Never give the devil a ride! He will always want to drive!

Nothing ruins the truth like stretching it.

Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark.

"Pray" is a four letter word that you can say anywhere.

Prayer - Don't give God instructions - just report for duty!

The Will of God will never take you to where the Grace of God will not protect you.

This Church is "Prayer Conditioned!"

To be almost saved is to be totally lost.

WARNING: Exposure to the Son may prevent burning!

Watch your step carefully! Everyone else does!

We set the sail; God makes the wind.

We're too blessed to be depressed.

耶穌他曾犧牲,彰顯無比愛,他救我,不惜代價;

I'm held by Your love

Lyrics Composer : Karen Lim, New Creation Church

I'm held by Your love,
upheld by Your strength;
On Your shoulders You bore me,
by Your faith I stand;
Cherished by You, Lord,
treasured in Your sight;
So close to Your heart,
held firm in Your hands.

Not by my wisdom,
not by my strength;
Gently You guide me,
lead me by Your hand;
Total surrender,
Jesus, I am Yours;
Now and forever,
in Christ I now stand.

So awesome is Your love,
so mighty is Your hand;
On eagle's wings You carry me;
Your grace shall be my strength;
So perfect is Your love,
You sacrificed Your Son;
Amazing love reached out to me;
With joy to You I come.

How much does it cost?

We can't buy our way into heaven, either with money or with works. So how much does it cost? When Jesus was lifted up on the cross, He spread out His arms and said, "This much."

Psalm 103

There are times when we may feel that there is nothing to praise God for. After all life can become very difficult at times. So when you are feeling that way.. may I suggest that you read PSALM 103. :-)
BLESS (AFFECTIONATELY, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul; and all that is [deepest] within me, bless His holy name!Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits--Who forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases,Who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, Who beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy;Who satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle's [strong, overcoming, soaring]! (PSALM 103:1-5 )

Wonderful song- -> The Power Of Your Love

Verse One:
Lord You come to me,
And as my heart is changed, released
This miracle of grace gently sets me free
And Lord I've come to know,
The weaknesses I see in me,
Will be stripped away
By the power of Your love.

Chorus:
You hold me close,
You've let Your love surround me,
For You've come near
To draw me to Your side.
And in Your life
I'm rising like the eagle
And I will soar with You
As Your spirit leads me on
In the power of Your love

Verse Two:
Lord unveil my eyes,
You let me see You face to face
In the knowledge of Your love
As You live, in me.
You renew my mind
As Your will unfolds in my life
In living every day
In the power of Your love

Verse Three:
Lord you've come to all
With hope that shines to light the way
As mercy soothes our souls, healing every heart.
Love that sees the tears
Overcomes our darkest fears
Grace that lifts us up
In the power of Your love

What is the moral of the story? :-)

A t-Shirt with holes in it, jeans, and no shoes was literally
Bill's wardrobe for his entire four years of college. He was
brilliant. Kind of esoteric and very, very bright. He became a
Christian while attending college. Across the street from the
campus was a well-dressed, very conservative church. They
wanted to develop a ministry to the students but were not
sure how to go about it.

One day Bill decided to go there. He walked in with no
shoes, jeans, his T-shirt, and wild hair. The service had
already started and so Bill walked down the aisle looking for a
seat. The church was completely packed and he couldn't find
a seat. By now, people were really looking a bit uncomfortable,
but no one said anything. Bill got closer and closer and closer
to the pulpit, and when he realized there were no seats, he
just sat down right on the carpet.

By now the people are really uptight, and the tension in
the air was thick. About that time, the minister realized
that from way at the back of the church, a deacon was slowly
making his way toward Bill. Now the deacon was in his
eighties, had silver-gray hair, and a three-piece suit. A godly
man, very elegant, very dignified, very courtly. He walked with
a cane and, as he started walking toward this boy, everyone
was saying to themselves that you can't blame him for what
he's going to do. How can you expect a man of his age and
of his background to understand some college kid on
the floor?

It took a long time for the man to reach the boy. The
church was utterly silent except for the clicking of the man's
cane. All eyes were focused on him. You couldn't even hear
anyone breathing. The minister couldn't even preach the
sermon until the deacon did what he had to do. And now
they saw this elderly man drop his cane on the floor. With
great difficulty, he lowered himself and sat down next to Bill,
smiles, shakes his hand, and worshiped with him so he
won't be alone.

Everyone choked up with emotion. When the minister
regained control, he said, "What I'm about to preach, you
will never remember. What you have just seen, you will
never forget."

Rosh Hashanah is coming!

22 September 2006 (Elul 29, 5766, at sundown) is Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Also called Yom Teru’ah (the Feast of Trumpets), this sacred time has prophetic significance, since it commemorates both the creation of the universe by Adonai, as well as the “calling up” of the new creation at the behest of Yeshua (Jesus), when the sound of the heavenly shofar inaugurates the anticipated End of Days (1 Cor 15:51-54; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18).

Since the first advent of Yeshua fulfilled all of the spring mo’edim (appointed times) to the smallest of details, I believe that His second advent portends similar fulfillment as revealed in the fall mo’edim. After the summer of harvest (John 4:35), the very first fall festival on the Jewish calendar is Yom Teru’ah, which is a picture of the “catching away” of kallat Mashiach (the Bride of Christ) for the time of Sheva Berachot (seven “days” of blessing) that the tzaddikim (righteous ones) will experience before the Great Tribulation and Yom Adonai - the terrible Day of the Lord.

Lord, help us to be ready for your SOON return! Maran Atah, Yeshua!

Believe First And You Shall See

The world says, “Unless I can see it or feel it, I will not believe it.”
But my Heavenly Father says, “If you will not believe it, you will not feel it. And unless you believe it, you will not see it.”

You don't have to figure God out. You just have to trust that He will keep His Word.

So You Would Come

VERSE 1:
Before the world began, you were on His mind
And every tear you've cried is precious in His eyes
Because of His great love, He gave His only Son
And everything was done so you would come

VERSE 2:
Nothing you can do can make Him love you more
And nothing that you've done
Can make Him close the door
Because of His great love, He gave His only Son
And everything was done so you would come

CHORUS:
Come to the Father though your gift is small
Broken hearts, broken lives He will take them all
The power of the Word, the power of His blood
And everything was done so you would come

Israel

God says concerning Israel, "I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curseth thee." You NEED to know the truth about Israel, which you won't get thru most newspapers & TV. Click here to listen now!!

12 Important Lessons from Noah's Ark

One: Don't miss the boat.

Two: Remember that we are all in the same boat.

Three: Always plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.

Four: Stay physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally fit.
When you're 600 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.

Five: Don't listen to your critics. Listen instead to your heart, and then do whatever has to be done. The neighbors might have taunted when Noah was blocking their driveway -- but he had the last laugh as soon as the rain began falling!

Six: Build your future on high ground.

Seven: Don't seek to go it alone. Always travel, at least, in pairs, because two heads are better than one.

Eight: Speed isn't always an advantage. The cheetahs were on board, but so were the snails; and they all arrived safely on dry ground at the very same time.

Nine: When you're stressed, float a while.

Ten: Be flexible in your thinking.
Remember that amateurs built the ark while professionals built the Titanic and the Challenger Space Shuttle.

Eleven: Remain faithful and optimistic.
No matter how bleak things look, if God is with and for you, there's always going to be a rainbow of shalom on the other side of the storm.

Twelve: Remember that Fear is nothing more than "False Evidence Appearing Real". The woodpeckers on the INSIDE are often a bigger threat to your overall well being than the storms raging on the outside.

What is Faith?

Faith is simply believing that God will do what He said He would do and acting on what you believe. Isn’t that easy? Just believe what God says and act on what you believe.

Gentle Reminder - -> Matthew 6:34

If Satan can get us to bring the guilt of yesterday up into today and cause us to bring the fear and anticipation of tomorrow back into today, then today will be so full of yesterday and tomorrow that today we will have no time to do what Daddy God wants us to do today.

Do what Daddy God has for you to do today, today. Leave yesterday in the past. If someone has hurt you yesterday, then forgive them today and when tomorrow becomes today, your calendar will be clear. It’s a simple but powerful truth.

I said a prayer for you today...

I said a prayer for you today,
And I know Heavenly Father must have heard;
I felt the answer in my heart,
Although He spoke not a word.
I didn't ask for wealth or fame,
( I knew you wouldn't mind; )
I asked for priceless treasures rare,
Of a more lasting kind.
I prayed that He'd be near to you,
At the start of each new day,
To grant you health and blessings fair,
And friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you,
In all thing great and small,
But that you'd know His loving care,
I prayed most of all. In the worthy name of Jesus, Amen.

Is the Bible True?

Click here to watch now!

What We Say Affects What We Get?

If a man is a great husband who treats his wife well, but he constantly speaks to everyone else that she is lazy, ugly, worthless and stupid, and if he refuses to change his confession and continues to speak these bad words about his wife, he will eventually start to believe his own words. As this happens, his outward actions will start lining up with what he speaks and believes. His words will affect his actions.

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; Those who love it will eat its fruit."

Is it wrong to have pictures of Jesus?

The Bible is filled with images of Christ that capture our imaginations and thrill our souls.

He is the Light of the world (John 1:4-5);

The very Bread of life (John 6:32-33);

The living Water that quenches the thirst of our souls (John 4:14);

The High Priest who intercedes for us with the Father (Hebrews 2:17);

The Good Shepherd who lays down His life for us, His sheep (John 10:11,14);

The spotless Lamb of God slain before the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8),

The Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2);

The Way, the Truth, the Life (John 14:6);

The very image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15).

How can we even consider reducing Him to a piece of paper and hanging Him on the wall?

Claiming What Is Mine in Christ

Col 2:10-11
And you have been made full in Him, who is the Head
of all rule and authority. In Him also you were
circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the
putting off of the body of the flesh, in the circumcision of
Christ.

I must not look at myself. I must turn my eyes away from my feelings and from my situation. Because I am in Christ, I have been made full positively and I have been circumcised to remove the negative things. Praise the Lord!!

Jesus Understands My Struggles

Hebrews 4:15
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathise with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.

Praise the Lord! There is absolutely No Struggles that I face that Jesus cannot identify with.

A story is told about Sin and Death. On the Friday night after Jesus was crucified, Sin came running into the garden where the body of Jesus had been laid in the tomb. Sin cried out, "Death, do you really have Him?"

Death called back from within the tomb, "Yes, Sin, I really have Him. I've got my hand on Him. My shroud is around His body." Sin left.

On Saturday night, Sin went back to the garden and called out to Death inside the tomb, "Do you still have Him? The word is out that He's going to rise again after three days." Death replied, "Go home. I've got it under control. My hands are on Him, and the stone's in place. He's not going anywhere!"

Sin left, but the next day he was back. He found the stone rolled away and Death sitting in the tomb, his head in his hands. "What happened?" Sin asked. "Where is He?" Death said, "Something began to move around in that tomb. Suddenly that stone catapulted from the door, the angels of God filled the space, and Jesus shook me off and rose up out of that shroud, whole, well, and alive!"

"Did He say anything?" Sin asked.

"Just one thing," Death answered. "He said, 'Tell your good friend Sin that you're both conquered.'"

The Seven Wonders Of The World!

A group of students was asked to list what they thought were
the present Seven Wonders of the World. Though there was
some disagreement, the following got the most votes:

1. Egypt's Great Pyramids

2. Taj Mahal

3. Grand Canyon

4. Panama Canal

5. Empire State Building

6. St. Peter's Basilica

7. China's Great Wall

While gathering the votes, the teacher noted that one quiet
student hadn't turned in her paper yet, so she asked the girl if
she was having trouble with her list.

The girl replied, "Yes, a little. I couldn't quite make up my
mind because there were so many." The teacher said, "Well,
tell us what you have, and maybe we can help."

The girl hesitated, then read, "I think the Seven Wonders of
the World are:

1. to See

2. to Taste

3. to Touch

4. to Hear

She hesitated a little, and then added,

5. to Feel

6. to Laugh

7. and to Love

The room was so full of silence you could have heard a pin
drop. Those things we overlook as simple and "ordinary" are
truly wondrous. This is a gentle reminder that the most
precious things in life cannot be bought. God gave them to us.

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect, it just means
you've decided to see beyond the imperfections.

Wanna read an inspiring story?

A little boy wanted to meet God. He knew it was a long trip
to where God lived, so he packed his suitcase with Twinkies
and a six pack of root beer and he started his journey. When
he had gone about three blocks, he met an old woman. She
was sitting in the park just staring at some pigeons.

The boy sat down next to her and opened his suitcase. He
was about to take a drink from his root beer when he noticed
that the old lady looked hungry, so he offered her a Twinkie.
She gratefully accepted it and smiled at him. Her smile was
so pretty that the boy wanted to see it again, so he offered
her a root beer. Again, she smiled at him. The boy was
delighted. They sat there all afternoon eating and smiling,
but they never said a word.

As it grew dark, the boy realized how tired he was and he
got up to leave, but before he had gone more than a few
steps, he turned around, ran back to the old woman, and
gave her a hug. She gave him her biggest smile ever.

When the boy opened the door to his own house a short
time later, his mother was surprised by the look of joy on his
face. She asked him, "What did you do today that made you
so happy?" He replied, "I had lunch with God." But before
his mother could respond, he added, "You know what? She's
got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen!"

Meanwhile, the old woman, also radiant with joy, returned
to her home. Her son was stunned by the look of peace on
her face and he asked, "Mother, what did you do today that
made you so happy?" She replied, "I ate Twinkies in the
park with God." However, before her son responded, she
added, "You know, he's much younger than I expected."

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile,
a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the
smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn
a life around.

People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a
lifetime. Embrace all equally! Therefore Send this to people
who have touched your life in a special way. Let them know
how important they are. Then why not have lunch with God
yourself?

More than just a changed life!!

Christian life is not just simply a changed life, it is an exchanged life. God doesn't just change us from what we were to something better. He exchanges His life with us!!!

He takes our sin. We take His holiness.
He takes our weakness. We take His strength.
He takes our anxiety. We take His peace.
His pain is our gain!

Thank you, Lord, for loving me. I receive your great love by faith in Jesus’ Name!

1 John 5:13

These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

'Know' means 'to be aware, to see, and to perceive.'
Our Heavenly Father could have kept us guessing on this one, but instead, He wants us to know we're saved. He did this simply because if we were insecure about our salvation, it would warp our walk with Him. He knows that without the salvation issue settled in our hearts, we would be tempted to view Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and worship as ways of earning our salvation rather than natural byproducts flowing from a life that's been transformed by Him.

Salvation is something to be known. And the better we know it, the better we can reign in life. Amen?

OSAS?

Some people distort the doctrine that when a man is saved he is always saved. They get the idea that if that is true, then they will sin all they want to. My point is... I am against sins. I sin all I want to. But I don’t want to!

If the only thing that keeps you from sinning is fear of losing your salvation, I wonder if you have really surrendered yourself to God and asked Him to save you. Peter tells us that we have become “partakers of the divine nature.” Does that mean that you don’t sin any more? No. Before I was saved, I was running to sin. Now, I’m running from it. I may slip, but I’m saved. I have a desire to live pure and clean to the glory of our Heavenly Father.

What about you? Do you have a desire to be holy? Or do you treat the doctrine of assurance as a license to live a sinful life?

NO Pain NO Gain

Jesus took away all the things that were damaging to us and gave us the blessings of God. A divine exchange took place.

He was crucified for our transgressions.

He was crushed for our iniquities.

He was punished to bring us peace.

He was hurt for our healing.

His pain is Our gain!

Has Satan ever tempted you to play the comparison game?

If he starts today, practice what you are going to say to him right now to defeat him at his own game before it begins. Meditate on Luke 6:37

Galatians 6:1

The Message Bible translation of this verse says: "Live creatively, friends. If someone falls into sin, forgivingly restore him, saving your critical comments for yourself. You might be needing forgiveness before the day's out." I prefer this version because it's a painful reminder of our own faults, and our own need for forgiveness on a daily basis.

Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit...
By all means pray, and don't you quit.
Success is failure turned inside out,
God's hidden gift in the clouds of doubt.

You never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar.
So trust in the Lord
when you're hardest hit...
It's when things go wrong
that you must not quit!
